At Vehicle Verify Plus, we strive to deliver accurate and timely vehicle history reports. Please review our Refund Policy before purchase.
All reports (vehicle history, accident records, recalls, market value, import/export, warranty details) are digital and non-refundable once delivered.
Refunds are not issued if the customer provides incorrect VIN, makes typographical errors, submits duplicate orders, or misunderstands the service.
Corrections or redelivery may be considered if:
Wrong report delivered (does not match VIN submitted)
Report incomplete or corrupted
Report not delivered within 7–10 hours due to our system error

If you cannot access your report, our team will help resolve access problems. These cases are not eligible for refunds since the product was delivered.
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first violates this policy. We will dispute invalid chargebacks with proof of service delivery.
